We are seeking to hire (IT Help Desk) for a full-time vacancy in an construction company.
##Job Description :
-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
-Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks and its confidentiality
-Tracking and following-up the IT hardware stock
-Troubleshoot and resolve all technical problems related to network issues (LAN & WLAN) even over WAN
-Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, and disk drivers on the user’s premises.
-Register IT assets on related applications and notify their direct reporting line in case of shortage.
-Prefer Knowledge Sophos .
##Job Requirments :
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field.
-From 0 to 2 Years of experience in IT Field.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
-Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
