Quality Assurance Specialist

Looking for an experienced quality control specialist to work for drying fruits, vegetables and herbs factory.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling all related documentation for quality and food safety

• Ensuring food safety processes are controlled

• Handling all external and internal audits

• Ensure that the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are implemented, adhered to and maintained at all times.

• Set up departmental and individual targets for performance evaluation

Job Requirements

• Experience from 3 to 5 years quality management in Food production is a must.

• Full knowledge of Quality Control concept and procedures.
