??? ???????????•Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
•Installing required software patches, ensuring the connectivity of PCs and laptops to both the local area network (LAN) and (WAN),
•Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
•Design, deploy and manage LANs, WANs, VPN networks, including routers, switches, servers, storage, firewalls, IPPBX, IP Phones, Gateways, , Storage and backup ,CCTV, and other hardware.
•Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment, and support of systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers
•Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required
•Install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, Time attendance, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements
•Manage and configure the firewall (Draytek)/ VMWare Virtualization technology
•Organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
•Administration of backup systems on a daily basis
•Manage the system license and taking needed actions
•Respond to escalated tickets of the system team
•Delivering technical training sessions for the team to ensure continuous improvement
•Creating the needed reports, documents, and manuals as needed
•Verify that all offers and quotations are valid to cover all projects’ requirements.
??? ????????????•3-5 Years of Experience
•BSc in engineering or computer science or relevant field or equivalent years of hands-on experience
•Microsoft, Cisco, VMware certification is preferred
•VMWare Virtualization technology is a must
•A firewall (Draytek) is a must
•Familiarity with PBX systems (especially 3cx)
