Responsibilities:
• Supervise all activities of Building finishing.
• Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings, design and specifications.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
• Ensure that materials used meet specifications and established standards of quality.
• Prepare the activity according to design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Reporting daily to the technical office.
• Coordinate with other occupations to solve any conflict (civil, mech., electrical).

Job Requirements Skills:
• Good knowledge of the finishing materials used and the differences between.
• Strong knowledge of finishing projects with attention to detail.
• The ability to work with multiple projects.
• High team work skills.
• The ability to read and understand the details of designs with high efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem solving skills.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Experience Needed (2 To 5 Years).
