Ghrghar Group for projects is currently looking for a call center agent to join our company.
Responsibilities:
– Receive calls from customers and maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Handle various customers’ requests and inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Handle customers complaints.
– Responsible for customer follow-ups
– Assist in resolving customer inquiries/complaints.
– Use the available tools and systems to document customer requests and to provide the correct information and services.
Requirements:-
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
– Excellent communications skills.
– Good command of English language.
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service
– Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
– Excellent problem-solving skills.
– Flexibility, patience, positive attitude.
– Strong phone and verbal communication, phone etiquette, customer focus, multi-tasking, data entry skills.
– Excellent user of Microsoft Office Applications.
