We are hiring #customer service agent “
?Location:Tanta
Job Description:
1. Deal directly with customers by telephone.
2. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
3.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
4. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
5.Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints and send it to Customer service Manager.
6.Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
7.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
8.Maintain customer databases and modify it if needed in retail system and keep customers` information confidential.
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree.
. Experience :0-1.
. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
. Customer service orientation.
. Gender: Male
