Job Title: Head of Engineering

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Head of Engineering with experience in Automation Testing, Microservices, Java, Laravel, ERP, SaaS, and E-commerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers to create and maintain software products that meet the needs of our customers. This is a hands-on position that requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

– Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain software products

– Develop and maintain technical standards, processes, and procedures

– Conduct code reviews and ensure that software is delivered on time and within budget

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products meet customer needs

– Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends

– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

– 7+ years of experience in software development

– Experience in different software testing types and Automation Testing.

– Experience in Microservices, Java, Laravel and react.

– Experience in ERP, SaaS, and E-commerce.

– Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of developers

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills

– Strong problem-solving skills
