#Keys_Recruiters is hiring #IT_Help_Desk for one of our clients located in #smartvillage
**Job Description:
-Installing and Configuring networks and computer systems, Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, Managing and troubleshooting any end-user equipment printers and scanner.
-Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults.
-Manage Pc setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
-Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
-Record events and problems an heir resolution in logs.
**Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in any related field.
-Minimum 2 years of IT experience.
-Certificate in CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation and MCSA on windows 10.
-TCP/IP and Networking Protocols Knowledge.
