We Are Hiring (IT Specialist) for #Mansoura Branch

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

-Handles tickets, incidents, or requests on any issues from end users’ sides.

-Handles calls in case of any urgent technical incidents.

-Manages hardware maintenance or replacement.

-Maintains all information technology equipment.

-Handles the installation and configuration of software on computer systems

-Handles diagnosis and troubleshooting of computers to discover and solve hardware and software faults

-Extracts reports on all IT assets in the warehouse and ensures that the data is accurate

– Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems

·-Familiarity with both PC Hardware and Software

·-Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis

·-Knowledge of other required Computer Systems for different work environments.

·-Good knowledge of Windows AD, DHCP, and DNS is a must

·-Documentation and organizational skills

Job Requirements:

– Bsc of suitable collage (2-4) years experience

– Communication Skills.

– Good English.
