• Handles tickets, incidents, or requests on any issues from end users’ sides.
• Handles calls in case of any urgent technical incidents. -Manages hardware maintenance or replacement.
• Maintains all information technology equipment.
• Handles the installation and configuration of software on computer systems
• Handles diagnosis and troubleshooting of computers to discover and solve hardware and software faults
• Extracts reports on all IT assets in the warehouse and ensures that the data is accurate.

• Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
• Familiarity with both PC Hardware and Software ·
• Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis ·
• Knowledge of other required Computer Systems for different work environments. ·
• Good knowledge of Windows AD, DHCP, and DNS is a must ·
• Documentation and organizational skills
