is HIRING ” Store Manager “
Job Description:
• assigns tasks appropriately to staff based on their areas of expertise to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, organized and well-kept based on Company standard
• Maintain inventories and approve contracts to ensure consistent availability of the required services and merchandise includes inspecting all items, checking for quality and quantity upon the delivery of goods to the store, to ensure that sub-standard products aren’t included
• Create a work schedule for staff to follow, seeing to it that they adhere strictly to their shifts
• Create a safe atmosphere by implementing safety measures for the protection of workers and customers, and handle emergencies promptly to prevent loss of lives and properties
• Promotes excellent service and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner.
• Establish good rapport with existing and potential customers
• Overseeing, monitor and supervise all the daily operational requirements of the store
• Manages, coach and supervises store employees to ensure that all merchandise is stocked, attractively displayed and priced correctly.
• Ensure customers are welcomed ad treated courteously at all times
• improve profit and attain sales target of the store
• Ensuring high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in the store
• Ensuring the store complies health and safety policy and any relevant regulation
• Maintain a high level of security of cash and stock
• Prepare workers’ performance report to evaluate their performances, identifying areas with low performances to work on
• • Assist the HR dep with selection process
• Trains all employees ensuring that customer service, store image and marketing execution meet Company standards.
• Trains all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience as store manager in food & beverage or related field
• Possess excellent specific market knowledge
• Excellent Leadership Skills, coaching and monitoring skills and business orientation
• Attention to details and good Handling skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer management skills and Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team and manage both people and materials resource for the efficient operation of the store
• Ability to multitask to be able to work on and complete several tasks at the same time so as to be efficient on the job
• Ability to use computer at the store, which include completion and analysis report, inventory control, cash control, etc
• Max age 40
