We’re hiring a talented Architect and Interior Design Engineer to provide an in-house modeling discipline in cooperation with our engineering and design team …
This exciting opportunity will be focused on visualizing our experiential design concepts and products into photo-realistic renderings of diverse architectural spaces.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the client’s objectives and desires.
• Thinking about how to use spaces efficiently in the best possible way.
• Preparing plans and models of initial design Commensurate with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with Architects Engineers, Architectural Designers, and Site Architects engineer.
• Modify the architectural drawings to achieve the desired goal in the best way.
• Provide the client the final visualizes of the project.
• Bring interior concepts to life by creating exceptional photorealistic renderings using architectural and photography software programs.
• Giving recommendations for some suggestions and modifications when needed.
• Full knowledge All new of the career.
Job Requirements Skills:
• Excellent Drawing the sketches as the initial drawing.
• Owning good taste, love of colors and the ability to coordinate them.
• Excellent skills in arranging places and highlighting the aesthetic shape of things.
• Using technical skills and tricks to create spaces such as using mirrors in narrow spaces until they become wide for the beholder.
• Extremely proficient with Autodesk 3ds Max, Abdo Photoshop, AutoCAD, Abdo Illustrator, Lumion.
• Creativity and the ability to design various architectural projects such as houses and shops.
• Experience in the field of furniture is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Problem solving skills.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Experience Needed (3 To 5 Years).
