Job Description
Contribute to Change Management process through continuous improvement of the.
Skills and Competencies:
5 to 7 years’ Experience in business analysis
Experience in determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various
stakeholders.
Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations and policies of a new business
area.
Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target
outcomes.
Proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
Influences customers, suppliers and partners at account level.
May have some responsibility for the work of others and for the allocation ofresources.
Participates in external activities related to own specialism.
Work includes a broad range of complex technical or professional activities, in a variety of
contexts.
Investigates, defines and resolves complex issues.
