Ertaqy is looking for a customer service representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients’ customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

– Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
– Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers.
– Handling customer complaints and ensuring proper resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
– Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our services.
– Collaborating with other teams to ensure timely and effective customer support.
– Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
– Empathy and patience in dealing with customer concerns.
– Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet service level agreements.
– Knowledge of CCNA and MCSA (the certificates are not required)
– Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
