Job Description:
-Answer incoming calls, emails and handle business queries.
-Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
-Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint determining the cause of the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
-Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
