E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist

Job description:
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customer’s orders/shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and help resolve and issues they might face.
• Organize Return process and refund for customers wanting to return a order.
• Place exchange orders for customers and effectively communicate them with our warehouse staff and follow up.
• Place orders in our backend system for customers wanting to order through social media direct messages or even phone calls.
• Monitor changes in website traffic or increases in sales.
• Develop and manage campaigns to increase digital sales.
• Answer all daily questions/inquiries received through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, email..etc).
Job specifications:
• Excellent handling skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Fluency in English is a MUST
Salary: 4500 basic + 2months bonus + profit share
