– HR Specialist

(Recruitment – payroll – OD)

1- Developing and implementing human resources policies.

2-Supporting strategic objectives.

3-Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

4-Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.

5-Motivating and supporting current staff.

6-Maintaining staff records.

7-Handling employee benefits.

8-Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.

Job qualifications:

1-Proven experience 2 ~ 3 years as HR

2-Excellent organizational skills

3-Strong communications skills

4-Degree in Human Resources or related field
