We are Looking For *IT Helpdesk Specialist* To Join Us From Office in *Mansoura* : –
*Job description : -*
Helpdesk Specialist provides fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems as well as answering queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
An excellent Helpdesk Specialist must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution.
*Responsibilities : -*
• *Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance
• Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Follows and implements the company’s data security rules
• understanding windows and Microsoft office issues and fixes
• Average network troubleshooting and network protocols knowledge
• Windows server basic management knowledge
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Availability to remote support users when needed
*Requirements and Qualifications : -*
• BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent years of hands-on experience
• Above average knowledge of networking protocols, especially TCP/IP.
• Understanding virtualization and having hands-on experience with VMware tools.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls, documentation, backup and restore and other IT related topics
• Proven experience as a helpdesk specialist
*Skills : -*
– *Microsoft windows , *Microsoft office , Esxi knowledge*
– *preferred to have these courses (ccna- comptia- any relevant courses)*.
*Work Terms : -*
– Working Hours : 8 hours with 1-hour break
– Full-Time work from our office only
– *Shift : Night*
– More Than Two Years in the Field IT Helpdesk
– Business Timing : 24 / 7 days
– Location : Mansoura City
– Starting Date : Immediately
– One Day Off All Weekly
