Green Apple is hiring ” IT Manager “

*Location: Mansoura

*Employment Type : Full-time.

Job Description:

– Troubleshoot, Configure IT infrastructure issues related to servers, network devices and related systems.

– Ensure monthly, weekly and daily backup of business critical IT systems.

– CCTV installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

– IP Phones PBX and VoIP systems installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

– Finger Print Machine installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

– Wireless solutions installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

– Printer , and scanner installation, troubleshooting & configuration.

– Adept with IT requisition, purchase and asset management.

– Setup IT offices including IT Rack , Patch panel , Termination ,Patching cables, UPS, and other peripherals.

– Coordinate with Internet Service Providers such as WE for New connection , Internet issues and other related queries.

– Software installation.

– Email monitoring and support using Office 365, Outlook, and related software.

– Setting up firewall policies as per the organizational standards.

– Ensuring the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.

– Manage backups of all servers and databases.

Job Requirements:

– Effective communication with a stuff.

– bachelor Degree in computer science or equivalent .

– Proven problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

– Highly Organized and able to manage tasks efficiently.

– Attention to detail.

– Able to work 6 days per week (From Saturday to Thursday).
