Responsibilities

1- Follow the institution’s policies and regulations and adhere to his job duties.

2- Follow customer service protocol.

3- Preparing the required search word file

4- Posting the required links in groups of communication sites

5- Publish the monthly content plan

6- Responding to customer messages on communication channels

7- Following up the delivery of the scientific material to the participants in the remote events

8- Publishing articles on the official website of the Academy

9- Recording notes about competitors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Familiar with the basics of SEO

Good at photoshop
