Tahawer Properties now is hiring “Project Manager”

Job responsibilities:

· Planning work and supervising the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.

· Recruit and manage personnel for the project and construction site management.

· Monitoring contractors, inspecting materials and supervising quality control.

· Ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and to agreed standards.

· Monitoring design documents with architects and surveyors.

· Maintain the application of health and safety regulations and periodic inspections to ensure that the rules are followed.

· Communicate on a regular basis and attend meetings with the company’s management and report on what has been accomplished.

· Preparing and writing periodic reports and specifying requirements

· Direct communication and coordination with all project stake holders (consultants, contractors, supervisors… etc.)

· Dealing with all problems that may occur while working on the project.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering, Civil Department

• Prefer previous experience for ten years in in the field of construction.

• Prefer PMP certified.

• Experience in residential projects “high rise building”.

• Proficiency in using of engineering programs.

• The ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent Communication skills.

• Excellent team player.
