Apps Square is a mobile solutions company located in TANTA is hiring Quality Control Team Leader with 4+ yrs of experience
Responsibilities:
•Lead the Quality Control team and coordinate their daily activities to ensure optimum planning of resources and a fully-motivated.
•Define test plans, create test plans for new or updated software projects and monitor the projects test status to determine if the project will perform accurately and reliably according to SRS.
•Apply strategies to mitigate risks and take the necessary measures to control the risks
•Define exit criteria and test conclusion to the Quality Control team.
•Control and monitor the analysis, design, and execution of the test suites and test cases and assist in generating the use cases to ensure that all projects scenarios are covered.
•Deliver test reports to summarize project status.
•Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
•4+ years of related experience in Software Testing/QC
•ISTQB certificate is required
•Experience in Automation testing is preferred.
•Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
•Very good command of both written and spoken English
•Very good communication skills

•Time and stress management skills
•Problem-solving skills
•Adaptability and flexibility
