Arafa Retail Group Is looking for a store Manager (Mansoura).
*Main Job Description:
-receiving the merchandise for their store; pricing and displaying their product in an appealing and fashionable manner;
– determining the physical attributes of products to purchase and what merchandise to purchase, performing inventory, training staff on how to manage cash and credit card transactions,
-handling returns and refunds, dealing with customer complaints, developing budget plans, and updating financial statements.
-report any suspicious activities like shoplifting and belligerent customers to security.
-adhere and enforce dress codes if any, maintain store cleanliness and order, oversee maintenance and upkeep of the store, and contract maintenance and other services such as cleaning, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and repair services as needed.
*Main Qualifications:
• Communication skills.
• Managerial skills.
• Previous experience in retail business preferably fashion retail.
Working conditions and location:
Salary :negotiable+ commission.
• 1 day off.
• 8 working hours + 1-hour break
• Location is Mansoura.
