Technical Support is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues or questions relating to Intlaq software products. Moreover, he has to document the issues and work with the software development team to fix them in order to gain customer satisfaction.
Has excellent knowledge of Intlaq products.
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and customers personal meetings.
Answer calls professionally to fix customers issues or obtain details of complaints.
Escalate difficult issues to the development team.
Document and track customer issues using a ticketing system to ensure quick resolution
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Train individuals on how to use technical products and services.
Test and evaluate new product features.
Follow-up on customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved
Produce periodic reports of technical support operations to the management.
Follow Intlaq CRM process, guidelines and policies.
Excellent knowledge of English and Microsoft Office Applications
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
The ability to learn new technologies quickly
The ability to work in fast-paced environment
