Best Technology Solutions (BTS) is now hiring ”Telemarketers”.
About BTS:
BTS is a multinational training company that provides training services for employees in the biggest companies in the gulf area.
Job Brief:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy services.
A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good Command of English
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
BSc/Ba is a must
Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role will be a plus
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems will be a plus
Benefits:
A fixed shift from 08:00 am to 04:00 pm
Two days off (Friday & Saturday)
Basic Salary + Bonus (according to the performance and achieving the annual target)
Insurance for the employees who complete one year.
