El-Saba Automotive is hiring now “Telemarketing Specialist”
Location: “ Mansoura”
* Responsibilities:
• Contact potential or existing customers (that did not fully purchase the products) through phone to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Customer Service Department in the showroom.
• Follow up on all leads generated to filter them and be turned into visits.
• Follow up on all visits as per customer service schedule to assess the customer satisfaction as per planned.
• Customer reception in case the sales representative is busy.
• Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system.
• Report to CRM & Telemarketing Head.
*Requirements & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
• Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize.
• Able to work individually and as a team.
• Mansoura Residents only can apply.
